Returns Policy

You may return your item for a refund minus shipping within 30 days of your order. The item must be in brand new condition and not used. You can also request an exchange or store credit.

Refunds typically take 3 business days after we receive and inspect your item.

Shipping

We typically ship out your order the very next business day after the order has been made. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. It is up to the customer to pay any duty fees along the way. We provide estimated shipping dates during your checkout, these dates may vary depending on things we cannot control such as weather or customs and other factors may delay your order. We will provide an automatic tracking number once the order is about to ship, sometimes it may show up in your spam folder. You may also Contact Us if you need it again. We are not responsible for any packages that don't reach the customer but we will work with the post office to retrieve the package to the best of our ability. If we receive the package returned to us, we will let the customer know by email.
