    This cold steel product gives a very realistic feel, although a bit lighter than a real metal blade. The size and grip are really good, as with all Cold Steel trainers. Even though it flexes, it is strong enough to practice disarming without folding on you like many practice blades do. This gives you the extra reach that a real 16" bowie would give you. Overall, I love this trainer and would recommend him to all my friends in martial arts class.

    Good trainer. Good for beginners. But you still need to be careful what you do.
